Cate Enrooth (she/her) is a master’s student at the Truman School of Government and Public Affairs. She previously earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the Missouri School of Journalism. Cate has past research experience from her work as an education policy research intern for the Texas Partnership for Out of School Time, as a research intern at Woodruff, and as a graduate assistant for the Mizzou Office of Undergraduate Research. Though she has a diverse background, her main research interests are in education policy. As a Gregory Scholar, Cate hopes to expand on her previous research experiences. Her main goal for the program is to learn more about how strategic communication and research can work in conjunction with one another.
